These gels are genuinely the GOAT of running gels. Came across these awhile ago and ended up buying the rest of the stock from the supermarket! They are about half the size of regular gels which is so much easier to consume without feeling heavy, tasty as, and the mix of higher sodium and carbs is perfect for me especially on longer runs! So easy on the tummy and increases my performance noticeably. I buy these by the box - so glad to have found these.

The addition of the Himalayan Salt just tones down the sweetness of the honey a little. So good!
