These healthy and homemade no-bake date energy bars are the perfect snack for anyone looking for a quick and nutritious boost. Made with wholesome ingredients like honey, oats, peanut butter, and almonds, these bars are packed with protein, fibre, and essential nutrients. The best part? They require no baking and can be prepared in just 10 minutes! No need for any fancy equipment either โ€“ simply mix all the ingredients together, press the mixture into a pan, refrigerate until firm, and voila! You have a delicious and satisfying snack that will keep you energized throughout the day. Whether you're on the go or in need of a post-workout refuel, these no-bake date energy bars are sure to hit the spot.


Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Peanut Butter

1/3 Cup Southern Bush Honey

1/2 tsp Vanilla Essences

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats

1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds

1/2 Cup Cranberries

1/2 Cup Dried Blueberries

1/4 Cup Shelled Pistachios

1/4 Cup Pumkin Seeds

1/8 Cup Sunflower Seeds

1/8 Cup Flax Seed


Optional: can add any favourite nuts or dried fruit that you perfer.


Method:

Combine the peanut butter, honey, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 - 40 seconds or until runny. Stir well to combine. Mix in dry ingredients and stir well. Press into a 200 x 200 flat baking tray prepared with baking paper. Press firmly and refrigerate overnight.


Cut into small slices as desired.
